As organisations, individuals and communities are dealing with the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to share with you Fitwise’s plans to ensure business continuity during this challenging time.

Fitwise top priorities continue to be the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients and communities. We are closely monitoring developments with the World Health Organization and UK & devolved governments to help us make timely decisions as this situation continues to unfold.

Our staff:

Our duty of care to our team and our community means that we are fully supporting the Government’s social distancing strategy. We recently took the decision to cease all work-related travel, switch to virtual meetings and ask all 34 staff within the team to work from home with effect from 23/03/2020.

Our business:
Fitwise is also committed to the business continuity of our clients through the delivery of our professional services. Fitwise has a remote workforce that is accustomed to working from home. Therefore, we do not anticipate any impact on our ability to render services and will continue to deliver on all aspects of our business. Our office phones will be diverted to mobiles and staff have full system access so we can continue to provide a seamless service.

Our clients:
We are also keen to support our clients.  It may be that we need to look at alternative solutions for the upcoming events, or to look at extending grace period for lapsed members. We urge our clients to speak to their contact at Fitwise to see if there is anything we can do in support of them and their members.

Fitwise will continue to provide the highest standards of service delivery whilst taking appropriate measures for employee health and wellbeing.
