The Senior Management Team organise an ‘Employee Appreciation Week’ in June each year to thank the team for their continued hard work and success, as well as for everything they contribute to the company. A key focus for Fitwise is fostering a positive workplace culture represented in our values. This is also evidenced by our Platinum Investors in People award. The week involves a mixture of rewards, fun activities, nice food, and social occasions. This year’s employee appreciation week included fun and surprises each day and a prize draw Monday to Thursday. This is a great opportunity for the teams to socialise and a brilliant way to show appreciation for staff.
