In January 2024, Scottish Professional Conference Organiser and Association Management company Fitwise Management Ltd were delighted to be reaccredited PLATINUM Investors in People (IIP) status. The IIP Platinum accreditation is the highest award that can be achieved against the Investors in People Standard and we are incredibly proud to be amongst only 2% of companies in the UK to achieve this level. The Investors in People Platinum standard is only accredited to organisations who have demonstrated their commitment to operating at the highest levels of people management and have clearly communicated their belief that their people are the most valued commodity within the business. As described by IIP: “There is a deep culture of psychological safety in which people feel comfortable to say what they think, suggest ideas, give feedback, confident in the knowledge that they will be listened to and that their contribution makes a difference. This is driven by your values, which are at the heart of how you operate.”
