This month we interviewed Catherine from our Sales Team. Catherine joined Fitwise as a Sales Administrator and was recently promoted to an Account Executive demonstrating her capabilities in driving sales for our clients.
Question 1: What do you enjoy about working in the event and association management industry?I like the vast array of people we interact with daily.
Question 2: What do you like about working at Fitwise?We have a very friendly warm atmosphere in our workplace, it feels very much a team and everyone is really nice.
Question 3: What’s the favourite part of your job?
I like going to the actual conference on the day.
Question 4: What are the benefits of working for an employee owned company like Fitwise?You are very much involved in lots of decisions which you would under normal employee status never be consulted on.
Question 5: How have things changed in this industry since you started working?Companies’ budgets are definitely being stretched, digital and online advertising along with social media is becoming the way to spread news and to advertise.
Question 6: What exciting things do you think the future holds for this industry and Fitwise?We have a bright future ahead of us with the industries advancing technologies and Fitwise growing their portfolio.
Question 7: Where’s your favourite place in the world?Kenya
Question 8: What’s the best meal you have had?Rump Steak with chips, onion rings and veg with pepper sauce
Question 9: Do you have any pets?Yes I have 3 lhasa apso small dogs called Precious, Paris and Harley

Question 12: If you could have 3 wishes granted, what would they be? To rid the world of poverty, disease and corruption
Question 13: What would you do if you were invisible for a day?Rob a bank and donate the money to the homeless!
Question 14: What’s your most embarrassing childhood memory? The home perm my mum gave me with pipe cleaners
