In reality what is now ‘Fitwise e-conference’ started its existence a decade ago as a platform merely to host recordings. Endless updates and developments later, the platform available in 2021 is very different but the core value has remained the same and we will continue this trend.
We provide flexibility
Having our developers based here in the UK, this gives us an amazing opportunity to carry out developments with short lead times and as such we enjoy great flexibility with regards to updates. The platform never ceases to develop, and we actively encourage clients, and in fact, all stakeholders to let us know what they want from the platform.
Our ethos of constant development and improvement is the way forward and this continues almost on a weekly basis, whether its changes that users will notice and utilise or behind the scenes updates to ensure operations, platform security, functionality and more remain running smoothly, as well production developments.
Feedback is invaluable
We are always willing to listen intently to feedback and work very closely with our clients to ensure their experience of the platform and the process never stops improving.
In addition to the platform itself, our AV partner is continually evaluating the actual delivery of live content with regards to production value, available technology, creative delivery and the support process for live participants/presenters/chairs of online conference events. The aim of this is to take the complicated technical elements away from our clients and their speakers, leaving them to focus on their role within the event and do what they do best. Every event has a dedicated studio based technical team supporting and running everything throughout from a production perspective, guiding all involved throughout the entire process, as well as offering first class presenter, delegate and user support from our growing support team.
