Overview: Our client is the Infection Prevention Society who hold a three-day scientific conference every year throughout the UK. The conference features a multi-stream programme, large poster display, concurrent study days and social events to include black tie gala dinner and awards ceremony. The conference hosts the UK’s largest infection prevention and control exhibition with over 70 companies present.

What do we do? Fitwise has been the Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) for the Infection Prevention Society since 2008 and have helped the Society embrace modern technology via their interactive conference app, and sophisticated online registration and abstract submission system. Fitwise provides a full event management service for the conference to include delegate and speaker management, onsite support, delegate marketing and exhibition and sponsorship sales.
