As Christmas is around the corner we are delighted to welcome you to our winter blog, where we bring you highlights from our association management and conference world. .
Welcome to your Winter 25 Blog
We have had a great Autumn at Fitwise, delivering a large number of successful conferences and meetings for many of our clients. As we approach the end of the year, we can reflect on a productive year, which has included running 25 conferences which have welcomed over 10,077 participants. Planning is already firmly underway for 2026 and you can see our 2026 event list here.

Opening Hours
We would firstly like to wish all our clients a happy festive season.
Fitwise will:
• Close at 1pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025
• Reopen at 9am on Monday 5th January 2026
Bid Support:
If you would like to bid to host a prestigious national or international conference and would like support with your bid, speak with an event management company like Fitwise, who offer a free of charge service.
If you have been appointed the ambassador, and it isn’t something you have done before, or even if you have, working in partnership with an event manager to support your bid will give you the confidence and ability to take forward your or your associations objective.

Updates
2025/2026 Charity Update
The Fitwise team have continued to raise money for our 2025/2026 chosen charity, West Lothian Women’s Aid, and have more recently been collecting donations of homeware, and also organised a collection of 15 Christmas giftbags for families.
West Lothian Women’s Aid are a local charity who provide safe, temporary accommodation to women, children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse. Find out more about them here.
