We are now halfway through 2025, and have successfully delivered 11 client events, welcoming over 1,400 delegates! Our Secretariat team have been busy delivering Exec and Board meetings as well as a number of AGMs this year already.

We are experienced in facilitating webinars for our clients and we believe these can be a powerful tool for associations.
Webinars can be hosted live, as live, or pre-recorded, depending on the format that a client is looking for and we can include different interactive elements to keep audiences engaged.

Virtual AGMs
Fitwise can help run Virtual Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for clients too.

Updates
2024/2025 Charity - River Kids
We are thrilled to say that altogether we raised a total of £699.84 this year for our 2024/2025 charity, River Kids.
The Fitwise team helped contribute to the charity by donating secondhand items and furniture, hosting a bake sale, taking part in a sponsored walk, attended the River Kids ball, ran a collection for the toy appeal at Christmas and hosted a Christmas Jumper Day, pub quiz and Easter egg hunt, all of which raised funds for River Kids.

For 2025/2026 our chosen charity is West Lothian Women’s Aid.
Fitwise Employee Appreciation Week 2025
Each year in June, the Senior Management Team at Fitwise organise an ‘Employee Appreciation Week‘ to thank the team for their continued hard work, and everything they contribute to the company.
As part of the celebrations this year, we held the second annual Fitwise Awards ceremony to celebrate and recognise the success in line with our Fitwise values.
