Fitwise Management Ltd was established by John Matthews in Bathgate, Scotland in 1992.

Fitwise is an award-winning, healthcare focused professional association and conference management company with a successful track record spanning 25 years. As a result, Fitwise has become one of the most respected and admired names in this industry.

Fitwise sole focus is in the healthcare medical, nursing and scientific fields and are experts in each of these. Our company vision is “Setting the standard for excellence and innovation, enabling healthcare organisations to flourish and grow in a changing world”.

Fitwise works with many leading medical, scientific and nursing associations providing them with a full range of secretariat services including PA/secretarial, general administration, membership management, bookkeeping, marketing, website development, social media optimisation, strategic planning, and journal/newsletter production to facilitate the smooth running of their organisations.

An employee-owned company with 32 dedicated people. Fitwise employees all have a stake in the business and genuinely care about the quality of service delivered to its clients. Evidence of this is the recent Gold Investors in People award in recognition of the companies high standards of staff engagement and motivation. In addition, Fitwise have been ISO 9001 accredited for many consecutive years which is a testament to the quality of its internal processes and procedures.
